Become a 2023 Friend of First Shift! Our Friends allow us to cover the cost of fundraising events and operational costs so that we don’t cut into our program budget. In 2022, 70% of our total budget went to staff salaries. Your consistent support allows us to meet our organizational expenses and grow our programs at the same time. Annual contributors who are Friends of First Shift receive recognition on First Shift’s website, in our newsletter, and on event-related promotional materials, in addition to receiving event-specific benefits. This year we are hosting our 3rd Annual Dance Like a Mother Party on April 14th at Hook Hall! And stay tuned for more information on LUNAFEST, our annual filmfest which we will host in the fall!
